各位大佬，想问下在Dalton transactions投文章，accpetd后，编辑说很快会发一封邮件要我提交文章的出版许可，但是都一周还是没收到Licence to Publish。"You will shortly receive a separate email from us requesting you to submit a licence to publish for your article."
想问下，这种情况要不要给期刊编辑发邮件问问呀？还是这个期刊的Required: Licence to Publish一直发的很慢？
