This paper presents a statistical investigation to evaluate the effect of human factors on the visual inspection skills in the textiles and clothing industry. Parameters such as age, experience, education level, and gender were considered in analyzing their impact on defect detection accuracy. Using variance analysis and regression models, the study found that experience and education significantly improved inspection performance, while age and gender showed less pronounced effects. The results can be used to optimize human resource management and training schemes for quality control in apparel manufacturing.
