文献具体内容：Synthesis of TPZ-conjugate. TPZ (20 mg, 0.11 mmol) and 4-dimethylaminopyridine (27.4 mg,
0.22 mmol) dissolved in 5.0 mL dichloromethane were mixed to form an orange solution. Then
dodecyl anhydride (52.1 mg, 0.13 mmol) was added into the mixture and the reaction was
continued at 35 °C for 12 h. The product was washed with 10 mL deionized water and ether for
5 times, and the organic layer was evaporated. The product was obtained as yellow powder.
The synthesized TPZ-conjugate was analyzed using Bruker AV400 nuclear magnetic resonance
(1H NMR) spectrometer.
